It's the same switch that turns on the dome light so if your dome light doesn't turn on with the door open the switch is bad. Ted.The thing is cherry. My issue is that the engine fan will turn on periodically. Each time the engine temp is not higher at all (175ish). It will stay on the remainder of the drive. Then say I park it over night. When I cold start the car, the fan immediately turns on as if the motor is telling the electrical it's hot. What I've done:The radiator fan on our 2016 Tahoe just started continuously running and then stays on for a few minutes after the car is turned off. There are no warning lights and the temperature gage shows no heat in the engine. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
